Scott Ellis

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

 

 Scott Ellis is the executive vice president and chief information officer for America First Credit Union since 2021. With more than 40 years with the credit union, Scott has risen from the procurement and controls department to his current position on the c-suite.

Scott is active within the industry sitting on Weber State University’s Computer Science Industry Advisory Council, CUNA Technology Council and is involved in the Wasatch Northern Region Tech Pathway Initiative and the Association for Information Management Utah.

A graduate of Weber State University (WSU), Scott is an active alum who sponsors and presents the annual Lisa Ellis Award of Excellence to the WSU Student Association. He supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the American Cancer Society, and has volunteered reading with grade school students and coaching youth baseball teams.

Scott is an avid runner, music trivia geek and aviation enthusiast. He enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
