Lean Planning means that your business should only be doing the smallest amount of planning work that is necessary and appropriate for your specific needs. But how do we determine the right amount of planning for your business’s needs? This innovative short-course will provide all entrepreneurs (at any stage, in any experience level, in any industry!) with the starting tasks and software needed to successfully complete a business plan and establish the basics of how to pitch their business idea to lenders.
The objective of this seminar will be to provide tools to help business members succeed and strengthen business relationships. Topics to be discussed will include:
- Essential plan elements: Problem Definition, Target Market, Sales Channels, and more
- Financial forecasting basics
- How to plan when you need a loan or other financing
Join us on October 16th from 11:00 – 1:30 P.M. to learn more about lean business planning. A light lunch will be served.
Guest presenter, Peter Thorsson, Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships SMB Mentor will present at the seminar.
