In 1989, Kenlon W. Reeve, was elected to the Board of Directors. In addition to being a past Chairman of the Board, Ken has served as advisor, member, or chairman of the following committees: Finance, Legislative, Nominations, Lending, Operations, Planning, and Ad Hoc.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Weber State University. He continued his education at Texas Tech University School of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Ken currently operates a private law practice in Ogden with emphasis in corporate, business law, and real estate law. From his career, he has gained experience on both the creditor and debtor side of bankruptcy issues and litigation. Ken is a member of the Utah State Bar, Weber County Bar, and American Bar Association.

Ken is active in Boy Scouts of America, where he has served as the Venture leader. He is a marathon runner – competing in the St. George Marathon over twenty times, and the Boston Marathon two times. Ken and his wife Sue make their home in Ogden, Utah.
